Ok, my sisters bf installed a program called mediapipe. I found this program and looked at it, and didn't really like it. So anyways, I uninstalled it and the next day this lady keeps popping up in a police uniform blowing a whistle and saying stuff. On'y way I can exit it is to Alt + F4 is or wait till shes done talkign then it exits. I've checked in my program files folder and the programs not there. Any ideas what I can do to get rid of it? ;(

    Slug your sisters boyfriend!

Well, I would take it to a Data Doctors or some other computer repair place and see if they can find it, if not, you should do a system restore or just clean reformat it.

Press CTRL+ALT+DEL then goto processes and make the windows big enough to see them all. Then when you hit ALT+F4 see which one goes away, then scan your files for the process module(the name you saw disapear when you hit ALT+F4) Track down the folder containing it and delete it.
