    Advertisement section?

Don't get me wrong but i believe you said you was working on it at least 1 month ago or even longer. How long does it take to change the rules?

GameRenders is thinking of keeping it gone, and if you want to advertise here you may purchase a Premium Account or some page impressions up top.

If you don't have paypal or a credit card, you probally shouldn't be running a website.

you should have money to spare to advertise as you need to put money into making the site therefore you should have some left for advertising?
its part of making a successful site and i mean surely its worth it to pay to advertise on a forum with over 20k members?!

What if it isn't our site? What if our friends pay for it?

Why not just add a link to your site through your signature? Maybe even your homepage, if someone looks at your profile they may check it out.

Advertising discreetly in your signature has always been allowed, so why not do it instead of making an advertising post? This will mean that the people who contribute to this forum more by making more posts will get their advert shown more.

For those of you who cannot do that, we also offer other forms of cheap advertising too which are quite popular.

All I can say is, don't worry about the advertising section, Gamerenders is better without it. Less spam, and it keeps everyone here at Gamerenders :). Also, you would be lucky to get even 5 members from your post because if the name of the forum is advertising, no one is going to go in there unless there advertising there own site. So yeah, don't worry about it, unless your friend has some money to spend on advertising.

there shouldnt be an advertising subforum IMO

advertising for free on a site like this is just crazy

this site gets millions of hits.. you should have to pay for advertising

want to be noticed? buy some banner ad impressions.. the prices are very good

    OR just get premium membership
