No, it isn't, don't tell anyone with a graphic designs major as long as you own the program and any used materials.
I dont know about this....Because when you take copyrighted renders from games, and implement them into something, then sell it for proffit, wouldent you think thats illegal?
That is true but im not sure about that ill have to look into that sometime.but a lot of places that sell webtemplates I guarntee most of them dont ask permission from the people that the renders done by.
