Menu Question !

    a good manu maker i want for my website ......that i can apply on my custom images or custom ps buttons just see an example here

    Wtf is a menu maker? You mean the nav bar? Just use css for it, or jscript which ever you prefer.

    notepad, Dreamweaver??? I know of no 'menu creator' program...

    Code it yourself, look at the sourcecode of that page if you need assistance

    Its not software, It is webscripting.
