TGW, you should try getting Aimutation, I use it and its awesome. It has a few plugins and tons of cool skins and stuff..btw you do have to downgrade AIM a bit but its really worth it in my opinion.
i did that to my aim before with a program called exescope......all you do is open your aimres.dll file and replace old pics with new ones
