When Did Access Level Change!

I think the only way to get around the noobs spamming to enter the prem renders is to hide the topic until they have met a certain requirement, then make it visible to them.

If they don't know it exists, and that there is a limit to get into it.... what point would they have to spam. Just tell them to go into the regular render section or, cut their own pics.
