Well if your friends, and you hang out with eachother, then you might want to try hanging out with her alone. Like going places together and having fun. If you keep doing that, and she likes you back, then things should automatically progress from there.

Take it slooooow basically drop hints flirt rly bad say she looks great and stuff basically arse lick and see wat she says about u if its good comments or she makes a joke like u smell hehe then she flirtin back and goo way to move in for a kill

U know what i would do, cuz im a pimp and all, is i would make a joke out of it. I would say something like ya right, "like i could ever get you lol". And if she says no thats not true, u could easily get me, then u move in slowly, but if she says "well, idk" then i would just stay at what u guys r now.
flirt with her alot, right notes back and forth, go over to her house just to hang out every once in a while. if u go somwhere pay her way. things will begin to escalate. let things work from there. if she dosnt get the clues within a while then let her know in person how you feel about her.
