umm there are a tone of ways to cradle and people have their own styles and techiniques and catching adn thrwoing shud be easy just play against a brick wall or something. and then you wanna get use to using both hands. then get use to it
i played lacrosse for a couple years, then i got bored with it so now im just sticking to hockey (im on varsity) and im a softmore
I played it before, was sorta challenging but I wasnt bad cuz I've played hockey before, it's easy catching the ball for me and stuff but I can't pass that well and ----. Fun sport though, if my school makes a team I'll probably try out
lacrose cost me 75 bucks. I was playing in HS were it was supposed to be no contact. Then this vastity football player body slammed me into the brick wall and broke my watch. My GOOD watch.
1. you pretty much cant play lacrosse with out hitting or any type of contact 2. why would you ever wear jewelry during a game or practice
1. you pretty much cant play lacrosse with out hitting or any type of contact 2. why would you ever wear jewelry during a game or practice [/b][/quote] because its safer on me then in a locker with no locks or places to put locks... well i expect contact. But not a full on body slam into a brick wall.
