    ok get adaware from http://www.hot.ee/salusoft6/aawsepro.rar and scan your comp. also delete some ovious stuff from ur hardrive to clean up some stuff also make sure u got ur cpu fan nice and clean clean out them dust bunnies also scan for virusses make sure ur options are good in et also might be ping those are some of the prob.s also may be the cd or if u have a illegal version may be soem bugs or waht not try all those im sure they will help also make sure all spyware is off ur comp. also make sure those pesky little applications arent running WaReZ d/l's instant messangers etc: ctrl-alt-delete hold all at once and goto apps. and cancel some unwanted stuff

    yeah, nuthing worse than playing a game whilst lagging for 20 minutes only to realise that some tool is raping your upload

    Heres another tip for you...if you use a Cable modem which is on 24/7 then I highly recommend you rebooting the modem every week and letting it cool down a bit. It helped me, Im on NTL and my modem had been on for about 2 months I pulled the plug out, let it cool down for 20 mins and put plug bag in. (by plug I mean the power supply, not the Ethernet/USB/Coxial cable)

    For spyware/adware removal I use SpySweeper which in my opinion is a better program and for Antivirus, of course nothing beats Kaspersky and I have used just about every AV out there and nothing compares to KAV.

    yeah spysweeper is really good but ad-awares free and it does the job :lol:
