Don't We All Hate Being Scammed?

We all do, don't we? Unless were the ones getting lucky over some idiot. Well, in this case, i'm that idiot.

It all starts off with me browsing over a person selling a Runescape account, a good one. Level 94. So, I bid, buy it, and make the transaction in less than 5 minutes.

^ Is the thread I bought it from. So i'm thinking, looking at this guy's record and such, he's a good member, wants to stay. So I finished the transaction, went smoothly. So with a sigh of relief, I log on. He's got all of his stuff, and everything is good. No password recoveries, but there was something I forgot. It still had 25 days of membership left, which I thought was just my lucky break, saved 5 dollars. So, I play on him for about 2 days. Then today, I come home from a friends house to log in, invalid password. I check the recoveries and everything, all deleted. And then I thought, how would he be able to get my password without trojaning me? And bam, I realized, it was the PIN number, and the other billing information. This is the 3rd time I've been scammed. Well, atleast I'm being used as a bait for other people to know whos a scammer and who isn't.

Ya thats why i dont buy rs account since runescape has one of the most secure system of recovery and sharing accounts is agienst the rules so he could get it back easy

 

i did this when i used to play runescape, buy the account, take the items off it, let it sit for about 2 weeks.

 

I honestly don't understand why people even like runescape
