Circle Making Tutorial

I've been asked about 3 times on how I did my circles in my Spiderman sig, well here is the way I do them, its the basic thing, most of the people dont think of free transforming I think and that's why they asked me ehh =). Here it is.

Thanks for the tutorial, I had to learn it the hard way when I first used the effect in a signature. I don't know why but it took me a long time to figure out. This should be helpful to a lot of people, nice job.
