Join The Newbs Squad

I'm the former and currently the only member of the news squad.
The whole idea of this squad is to form a small organazation of newbs that talk about their problems with older members(more than 150 posts) as well as their opinions on them.
After 25 newbs vote for 1 member with more than 150 posts he will recieve a prize from me and maybe even small donations of 5 credits from some of the newbs that voted for him.
Also the newbs squad will be a community of people who help each other with designs and climb to the top together.
In the newbs squad there are 3 ranks:
Regent: The one to accept newbs into the squad,I'll give over my place to another newb when I reach 150 posts.
2 Template helpers: currently 0/2
3 Signature and graphics helpers: currently 1/3
members: All the other members.

Everyone who reaches 150 posts must leave the squad or become a template/sig helper.

YAY!! Noob squad, i want to join.

I can always be a part of the sig/graphics helpers. I know some good tips and tricks.

Well still, your posts don't count here. And the main target for his idea is for new people to GR.
