    How do I put a program back onto the Quick Launch thing which is the little symbols to the right of the Start button where it's easier to launch programs after I accidently dragged one out of it?

    Uhh... you drag it back in? After you unlock the startbar (Right click the start bar->Lock Taskbar) of course.
