New Orleans being wiped out, and the government, knowing this would happen for 50 years, failed to make preperations and warn people what was going to happen in the place they live. We all ----ed. According to experts (take that however you want) the price for gas is supposed to decrease instead of increase by the end of the month. This is due to the fact that as the area is being drained of water, repairs of oil refineries can begin and resume their normal duties. Either that, or they are starting to import the stuff from other countries more.
Be lucky with those US prices... Netherlands 1,52 Euro a liter..... Doing some calculation that would mean: $6,9 a gallon....
Hey yeah, I read some news article by the BBC about that. Said that people in America shouldn't complain about gas prices as people in Europe have been living with $6.00 a gallon prices for years now.
