Well, schools started and ----. I'm not fat, but I've gained weight and lost muscle during the summer. Bball starts in a month or so, I'm pretty sure I'm gonna get a spot because we have a small school and I was on the team last year at my big school. I've started jogging already, I see it helping little by little. But I need to work on biceps/triceps, and my legs. But yea, I just want to get in the best shape I can in 2 months, after I'm done with all this I'll post pics so you guys can drool over the sexyness But if anyone knows anything about fitness, or a good website about fitness please post
You could try talking to a fitness professional at your local gym instead of sitting on your ass posting on a graphic website for advice.

Do situps, pushups, and pullups. Those are some of the best excercises, and most overlooked. Good luck!
What you just said was pretty ----ing gay. I have 10 pound weights which I just randomly do throughout the day. Usually I do 50 curls, because thats when my arms get tired and I cant do anymore. Just try doing different variations, because that will work different muscles. If you can, do pull ups, because those work your arms, and your chest. Running tones your legs, but I prefer biking. I bike miles a day, and my legs are hard as rock. Do crunches to work your abs, and also lie on your back and try to lift you legs like 1 inch off the ground. Its gonna be real hard, but that tones your abs.
Richter, I live about 30 mins away from a gym (By car) and I have noone to give me a ride. You think I'm going to ----ing walk there, or just post and hope that someone here works out. Hmmm... I wonder which one is easier. If you don't have anything good to say, then stfu. Baller, I already do that but I feel it takes a while to get some results, so I jogg instead. I just need some fitness programs that I can do to get quick results EDIT: Albert I also have 10 pound, and 30 pound weights. I work out with the 10 pound more because I can do about 100 curls, take a little break stretch a bit get some water and do 100 more. I wana just get 90-100 pound hand weights and doing like 10 or so curls.
Dude, push-ups, sit-ups, crunches, and jogging. Also eat healthy. Have you ever heard of hindu-squats or hindu-pushups? They are a good workout and they get your blood flowing.
Do pull ups and when you pull your chin up make your knees touch your abs.... works on biceps and abbs.. though youll have a sore tummy the next day
I sware by this. 65 sit ups. 35 push ups. and about 20 pull ups. Do that and some squats, run a min of 2.5 miles a day ( I enjoy 5 ^_^ ) Do that for 2 months and if you can do more than those numbers go longer. My school has a huge weight room too so try gettin in one of those. Hope this helps.
I'd go to my schools gym thing, but the school is absolutely new, just opened this year and the stuff will only be ready like next week :s
Nah, the basketball team isnt gonna be that great. I only know like 4-5 other grade 10's who can play ball.. Most of my other friends stayed at my old school, but they're really good at ball cuz its like the only thing we play.
