I'm pretty sure Paypal has a transfer method through WU. At least they used to. You go to a WU branch, fill out a form, give em some cash, and they'll transfer the money. You might have to have a verified Paypal account first though. Ask your folks if you do. It costs like 50 cents.

iv never had this problem lol. i got verified on my account ages ago when i was 15. i jused used my bank card n it classed it as a debit so thts how i got mine working . maybe just aks ur parents to let u borrow there card number just for tht 1 thing
I think he meant try using Western union instead of pay pal. Its also a money transfer organization but they also charge fees. A little more safe of money trasfer tho.
