Need Help W/ Plug-in

I have a plug-in but I've never loaded one how do I go about doing that?

 

Plug in for what? photoshop? Please be more specific..

 

YES, photoshop, never loaded one before

 

What plug-in? Is it a brush, filter? We need to know what it is so we can tell you which folder to put it in.

 

pretty sure it is a filter, it is not an abr. file

 

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop CS\Plug-Ins\Filters

 

I was just thinkin the same thing, now it is just finding the filter in PS, anyways thanks for the help guys.

 

Make sure you restart PS after adding in any brushes, filters and such. You wont see them available in the pull downs until you do.

 

yep, your right on, just did that and they showd up in my filters, thanks a million guys, new to this site, and am REALLY liking it so far...........looks like I'll be here a lot
