Pixel Stretch With Brushes

    very nice affect, and i didnt completely read it so mistake me if im wrong but this might be an easier way of doing it, grab the column marquee tool, go to ur render layer, use the column marquee tool on the render ont he parts where u wuld like it show(mainly whatever colors u want in the background make sure that the marquee is on that) then let go hit, ctrl+c then ctrl+v then ctrl+t(copy, paste, transform) and then stretch it the full length of the sig

    meh that is how you can do it if you are not going to do the brush step... Thanks =)
