w/e just drop it. Ad-aware should kill ActiveX things that are spyware. did you even delete the spyware yet?

edit: you might want to restart after you kill the spyware.

 

yep i did, now im gonna install the adaware

 

don't use adaware Se it sucks so bad go with something like microsft anti spyware i use that and never have anything and i use ie adn don't get popups

your anti spyware prog should be able to kill those activex things...

try a reg cleaner too, mite help...

 

Well, if they are just popping up randomly every 10 seconds to a minute, you might have nail.exe, which is a horrible bad thing. If that happens, i'd suggest a reformat, or try getting help here.

just open the task manager. If you do have it, try to get into safe mode and getting rid of it.

geez.... the best fix is tio stay away from it. And Firefox should block 98% of popups...
