Paypal Needs Creditcard For Sending Money

Allright, i got 5,50 $ on my Paypal from someone, and i never donated money from myself to it. But when i want to send, they ask for a credit card. Do i really need one to send money thats on my Paypal?

 

Yeah, i believe you do. There's no other way to send money electronically.

 

They changed it recently, i'm pretty sure you do now. You have to be verified to send money now.

Nah, if you add a Bank Account you can become verified which is what I did.

 

I use my moms old debit account. Just explain it to ur parents, maby they'll understand. My mom did, now i have a fully operational pay pal account at 16

I just had my dad verify a bank account.

Just watch out for phony emails I almost logged on to a fake website cause they copied the layout of paypal
