windowblinds, and other shell replacements.. u think it slows down your pc, and is it worth it?

 

I have a skin on my computer right now. It doesn't really slow mine down. Though there really isn't a need for it. It's just for show.

 

this is in the wrong section and yes it does slow down your pc, its not worth it if your running on 933 mhz and 256mb ram like me

 

Windows blinds slows down your P.C. but try Style XP. Good, effiecent and doesn't use ANY resources!

 

actually style xp places itself in the resources folder... i advice using windowblinds ... there is even a software to convert stylexp skins to windowblidns skin!!!

I advice using Windowblinds,... but only on a computer with high ram, never ever use it on a laptop, worst idea ever ^_^ (you have heard from the whipmeister)

 

After a few days you have to pay for windowblinds, and if you dont you get an immovable screen that pops up for 10 seconds...

 

thats really annoying yes i know... im goign to delete my trial version >_> Style XP is free... but not as good as WindowBlinds >_<

 

ye you dont need to have a skin just use windows xp silver for a skin that looks good

Dont get windowblinds. I have it, and alienGUIse, alien is so much better.

 

StyleXP is the way for me .. i advise you StyleXP

 

Alienware provides awesome skins. The one I have on now, is so cool.
