Jogging is good, really nice to gain some muscle and loose weight.

ask zelink if you want a kickass simple routine, you will put on alot of muscle and bulk up if you follow it correctly.

Im in school right now so i dont wanna go into details of my routine, but remember to start out light and work your way up.

Ive been working out/ exercizing for about a year now and the results have paid off BIG time, i used to be VERY VERY skinny but now i gained alot of mass and muscle over about 5 months.

also, if you wanna lose weight, work with lighter weights, but use them longer. if you just want muscles, work with heavier weights for shorter periods

Well, hell you guys suck..I only can bench 135...and I'm 14...Yea jogging is good for conditioning your self to work out more...lifting weights and doing exerices such as, tricep pulldown, bench, incline, deadlift, push ups, crunches, etc etc...

I've been working out for about a year and a half and its makes you feel great. I generally lift between 10 to 20 pound weights, fifty time diffrnet ways. Although I need to work myself back up to 20 after injuring my arm. ¬_¬ 400 crunches, etc, etc. Hard work pays off. Guys are lucky when it comes to working out because of the diffrent muscel capacity. It takes longer for women to work up to bigger weights.

Anyway, mix up your routine a little, otherwise it'll get repetitive and boring.

pumpin weights will only change the form of your fatness.

my suggestion would be to eat alot of fruits, jog. alot of vegies.

its a process, then you go on to swoll up your body.
