Okay this is really wierd.... Whenever I make a selection, go to Select > Modify > Border and make a 5 pixel border and then try to fill it in with the paint bucket tool, it makes it look like i used a soft brush... also, some color goes outside of the selection but all the feather is turned to 0 px and everything.. does anyone know whats wrong? huh, try doing it a different way, instead of fill with pbucket , try using right click fill, maybe ull get moer options and figure out wat is wrong there?
dont know if it is same as mine tho. do u have it on patters on something on something with layer styles
check your layer settings loox like fill is on 0% and you have some styles ON (bevel, inner glow) if thats not it chek your bucket tool settings
its just not the border.. if i try to fill anything with the paint bucket tool it gets messed up and ends up like that.. has this happened to ANYONE?
Don't use the boarder tool. Make your selection, fill it, then use the Contract tool. Then Delete. Or. Make your Selection, Fill, Boarder, Invert Selection, Delete. (Not totally sure about the Invert, I'm doin it in my head... ) Hope this helps
it does the same thing wit me man, only if u use the border command though if u use a marquee tool and fill it wit paint bucket then it works out fine must be a setting messedup somewhere B)
yeah i just noticed it only happens with the border tool.. but before when i used the border tool, it would have completely sharp corners.. now when i use the border tool, it smooths out the corners and makes then rounded <_<
