Yeah man, good luck bro! Anyways, I would start off Monday with legs, tuesday arms, wednesday chest, thursday off, and friday, saturday, and sunday the same.

For Legs: Leg press, and leg curls .

For ArmS: Curls, pullups, and shrugs.

For Chest: Bench or incline, and dumbell rows.

Start off with 5 kg dumbbell crunches then work your way up. Am on 9 kg, :P.

If you want to tone your muscles: Less wegihts, more reps.

If you want to bulk up: More weights, less reps.

k for gaining arm muscle do

curls pullups & bench press (yes bench is more chest but it works arms to) also do some tricep extensions

to lose stomach fat... this is tricky just watch what you eat and do plenty of situps curks bicycle kicks and just a lot of ab workouts

luckily for me i have a super fast metabolism so i really dont have to watch what i eat just work out :)

    good luck to u sir

Hm on the bench press I'm pushing 287. Best way to build you're chest and shoulders.
