yea i have the same exact problem..someone told me that the router and modem are conflicting or something and they both try to connect and kick each other off. Another wierd thing is that when ever someone picks up this one phone in my house it also kills the connection its real wierd. oh and it is yahoo dsl

I had the same problem and some router... I think. First, when you first got your router did you put it in one place, configure it, then move it? If so, then you need to have your ISP re-do the frequency. Thats what I did and I got it working again. Or if you are losing signal a lot try buying a booster. If all else fails call up tech support.

No luckily I got rid of it. When I first got the router I set it up on my dads room (right above mine). Then a couple months later we got xbox live so i have to move the router to by brothers room( other end of the house) ever since then i had little to no connection. So I asked around and people told me that I had to have Cox (my ISP) to change frequecnies. That would have costed about 60 bucks since I didn't have insurance on the router. So I just moved the router back to my dads room and it's been working ever since.

But I suggest you call up D-Link, they're prett helpfull. The router number on your router sounds like a D-Link so here's their number: 1-877-453-5465 or visit http://www.support.dlink.com

did you try resetting the modem and/or router to factory default, and then work your way back up? I goofed up stuff on mine that wouldnt switch back, so i reseted it and tried again..

I think you have to configure it now that you reset it. type in 192.168.0.1 ( I think) and if it's all default the name and pass word would be admin admin or just type in the user name, or just leave it blank. Then configure it from the site.
