    in order to gte your reputation up you can do stuff around the for (ie. make sum1 a sig, slice a template etc.) and they might up ur reputation, you can put sum1's reputationj up or dows by clicking the '-' and +' signs, but please if youe taking away reputation make sure you have a good reason.
