hmm...clean, colors are nice. The only thing I don't like is the slanted boxes for Navigation, Shoutbox and Affiliats. I think It looks better when they go all the way across the left hand column. Nice Job though

Nav and banner needs work The sides are really ugly :| The general layouts not to good and it seems...meh Keep trying ^_^
Looks like a C64 space invaders interface I dont know, the whole thing seems a little too pixelated and it's actually a little disturbing on the eyes. It could be the harsh diagonal lines.
It looks induvidual, but the gradient overlay on the sides is hard on the eye, try decreesing the opacity. Other than that its pretty good.
well, your getting the idea for a template, but i doubt some one will code that template in php so no need of; login, or shoutbox. - tip: dont use to much basic stuff. FEENIX
