ok, I'm gonna try Ubuntu now... my Kubuntu went mental. I can no longer go into the network settings and change my dns, whenever i put in the root password, it just laughs at me and doesn't do sh|t.... hopefully Ubuntu is better...

I don't know if I could stand Fedora. It's made by RedHat, and I always hated that... I could never install it on my pc...

Kanotix is awesome its a linux but with graphics like microsoft and mac put together and the console (terminal) is simplified to a couple of words to update.. Also the maker of kanotix made whoppix which is a linux that has a console directed to the internet off live CD and he hacked the sh-- outta microsoft on a video.. Cool stuff.

ok, kanotix looks awesome! (searched it in google images :P)

I might try that next... It's nice how you can change from KDE to Gnome... Can it also be run in X? (think that's right, or X-Win or something...)
