I beleive some americans are that stupid enough that is you ask them what Canada is, they wont have half a cent. And whomever it was that said Canada was named from boxes is a moron and shouldnt be allowed on GR anymore. Canada was blocked from trading with America for a few years(recently- i think its still going on; or just recently ended), and it crippled your guys trade capita by alot. I don't remember the details right now, because its 10 PM and i've been working all day; but i'll look up the details for you later tomorrow. North America is the continent; Mexico, United States of (AMERICA), and Canada are the countries made up of North America.
BFTP on of the reasons it was stopped was due to the Mad Cow disease, and was recently opened up again but now some american groups are trying to close the trading of canadian beef, because of the mad cow that was going on, which has since been wiped out in many places. Although there are a few cases of it found during every year. It is something that people cannot stop naturaly.

I believe that is over now and you americans eat our great cows (no offence to anyone)
The best cows from Texan(and steak); and yes it was the Mad Cow disease. I was 90% sure about it, but i didn't want to say that was the reason...and then be wrong
