Illegal. I know this is the free country, but pretend there was one smoking person in a resteraunt. That one person smoking, can ruin 10 peoples evening, just for one person to get their "smoke." I think it should be legal, only at homes. Not in public places such as businesses and resteraunts. *ignore my spelling mistakes please!*
Yeah, slong as they do it at home and don't breath all the crap on you, But then it could efect young children of the smokers... kinda still bad... just abbolish it!

It can't be illegal, though it should be, it could never be enforced. Saddly most smokers start illegaly, about 11 years old and up. Some may find this shocking, but I know pleanty. Smoking is maybe the stupedest thing you could ever do. If anyone DARES to challenge me on that, please say so. Even being a smoking adult is dumb, not only is it "bad for you" and w/e crap they tell you, but your kids get ahold of it. And most of these kids get cought, and put in jail...1. because they smoked underage...2. Because you let them. I ask you all most sinceraly, if you smoke, please quit, and if you know somone that does, MAKE THEM. I know most people think it's none of their business....but in reality, it is.
what are you talking about "getting put in jail for smoking cigs for being under 18" the only thing you get is a ticket... where do you live that they through you in jail for this
