either it says that i "cannot open the file, access is denied. try restarting pc or close programmes running" - it says that with 2 of them. the imTOO one converts it, but my psp says its corrupt and the xesoft one doesnt want to convert it.

PSP Video 9 works fine. Are you using it correctly?

You need to connect the psp via usb. Make a new folder in the root directory called "MP_ROOT" and in there make another called "100MNV01". Then open up PSP VIdeo 9. Search through your files and select and convert the video. Now when it is in mp4 format, you will need to re name the file "M4Vxxxxx". There would be five random numbers followed "M4V". This is important, or your file can not be played on PSP.

    Does that help?

All you have to do, is wehn it is finished converting (don't connect PSP), go to the folder it is saved in, in your program directory/pspvideo 9 and it will have the folder with it converted. Now just drag and drop and your fine.
