    Heres mine and just go by like av, firewall, and antispyware and anything else that u may use to protect ur PC...

    Anti-Virus - Avast Anti Virus
    Anti-Spyware - Microsoft Anti-Spyware, Spysweeper
    Firewall - Standard XP Firewall

    Nah, I just use AVG free and I scan most files that I think might be harmfull at virusscan.jotti.org and I havent had a virus in like a year.

    AntiVirus: Norton 2005
    Spyware: Spybot- Search and Destroy, Microsoft AntiSpyware
    AdWare: LavaSoft Ad-Aware
    FireWall: Standard Xp one

    hey man, spyware doctor kinda sucks, i use to use it..... go to to the microsoft site and get Microsoft Anti-Spyware Beta.... much much better.

    and i reccommend AVG, but i use mcaffe cuz my mom bought it and insists i use it.

    AntiS&A: BulletProofSoft spyware and adware killer, Search and destroy, Ad-Aware.

    Firewall: Sygate Personal Firewall + Windows Firewall, and router firewall
