Screen Keeps Refreshing

    Every time I scroll down, the whole screen refreshes. It's really irritating and it goes really slow. Can anyone help me?

    You can type in google, driver and then the name of your motherboard. But in my case the driver was on a CD that came with my motherboard,

    yeah it's probably jsut a problem with the drivers
