Where Has The Control Panel Gone ?

    i need to chage my sig and i cant seem to find the control panel :(

    There used to be another button labelled "User CP" but there wasnt really much point in having two links right next to each other going to the control panel.

    This is how it is everywhere else, no, it should stay so that it is easy to find.
