Custom Made Rain Brush

this is not really a tut more of a "make your own brush" type of thing


im still working out the details but this is what i have so-far

make the brush the settings for the brush is...Diameter-30,Hardness 17, Spacing 999 (no lower than 900 in my opinion ^_^ ) The Angle is 32 and roundness is 12


right now it does not work for rain effect im curently trying to fix it


but if you use tihs brush and use difrent filters you can amke yourself a decent bg

 

removed sig effect doesnt work properly


ill keep working with it and make it work

 

there it's a bit better

 

just looks like lines moving back and forth

 

ya your right it stinks

try using the brush though with a blur effect and you can make some decent bg's
