is that a vector logo, it doesnt look like its resizeable without loss of quality,

 

you can do it easily if you have photoshop man ^^ Reszing things without any quality lose isnt hard and i tried on that.If neded i can give teh psd and bla bla

 

the only proper way i know is to use the shape tool, any other ways it will become pixelated
