Where Do Screen Shots Go?

hey i just took a screen shot of my website so i can make a sig that matches the colors but i dont know where it went? can anyone help me out?

after you take the screen just go to paint and press control and V then save it

 

yea just go to paint or photoshop and press ctrl v
