If it's the same car you posted a picture of, it's impossible. At 250mph, the metal sheets would peel off like plastic wrap. There's a reason those F1 cars are built so low to the ground.

Metal would pell off at 250mph? LMAO, you've gotta be kidding me. F1 cars are mostly made out of fiberglass, which isn't hardly as durable as metal- and they stay in-tact. Might wanna rethink that one a bit prod. ;)

I don't care about the consistency of the material, but fiberglass is more resilient than thin sheets of aluminum. Also, it is WAY more lightweight and more suited for a FAST car. Have you noticed how low to the ground F1 cars are? The tallest part of an F1 car is usually the driver's helmet or the spoiler. That Porsche in the picture stands at least 3ft tall. The drag would cause the metal to peel off at that kind of speed.

Yes, I know what I'm talking about. Ty and good night. :)

Edit - Sorry if I came off as rude. Don't take it personally or anything. All in the spirit of debate :D

Maybe if it was one of those box-shaped Scions, but a porsche's aerodynamics would prove pretty resilient even at those speeds I would imagine. :P Not gonna argue about it though...

You probably wont belive me when I tell you this either:

My friends dads friend has a Lotus Exige made completely out of carbon fibre. The windows are clear carbon fibre. The paint is a wet, colored carbon fibre, EVERYTHING on it is carbon fibre. 170mph topspeed.

    1. Nissan Skyline is not street legal at all. Its engine does not meet the EPA standards.
    2. The Nissan Sklyine has a top speed of around 150.
    3. Yes, they do sell Nissan Skylines in the US at import dealerships. [/b][/quote]
You tune it............it doesnt go fast stock and yeah u can get it legal no problem.

    to everyone:
and can you guess why a car cant beat a F1 around the track? because its the fastest car, most are V8's and yeah cars can beat it in a straight but who gives a ---- who wins in a straight, around the track the porsche wouldnt even be close, even in racing conditions it would have at least 20-30 seconds more than a F1 around the track. the f1 is so low built to get traction and better cornering and if there werent a rear spoiler it would take off in the air and if there wasnt a front spoiler it wouldnt be able to turn in great speed because then it would just lose traction imediatly... no metal wouldnt peel off the damn car but it would easier than the parts of a f1, its so compact and built so exact that its not suppose to... if you look at FIA GT racing they go 200 mph+ but theyre still 20 seconds slower than a F1 around the same track, and they are fully customized for racing..

drag racers put out many thousand horsepower though they dont use jetengines....and a dragracer could never turn lol fastest non dragcar i think is a nissan skyline, 9 seconds quarter mile...of course its not stock because who would be stupid enough to drive a stock skyline
