Your not even using words. Import dealerships does not mean that they ship them. Import means that they get cars shipped to them. Import dealerships mean that they sell imported cars. Here is the definition of "import". Import To bring or carry in from an outside source, especially to bring in (goods or materials) from a foreign country for trade or sale.
If it's the same car you posted a picture of, it's impossible. At 250mph, the metal sheets would peel off like plastic wrap. There's a reason those F1 cars are built so low to the ground.
