Tutorial

1.Open a 500x500 canvas
2.Create a New Layer
3.Color the BG Black
4.Place Three Lens Flares in a Triangle Like This

5.Goto Fliters>Skecth>Chorme Use Detail>10 Smoothness>0 Now You Should Have this.

6.Duplicate The Layer By Pressing Ctrl+J
7.Goto Fliter>Distort>Wave>Make Sure Its on Sine>Then press Randomize A Few Times Then Press ok Now Change The Layer To Lighten
You Should Have THis

8.Do This 2 More Times Then Down Merge (ctrl+e) All Layers Expect The Control

9.Dup Layer,Fliter>Distort>Wave>Randomize 3 More Times
10.Then Down Merge All Layers Expect The Control
11. Dup The Layer Once And Goto Edit>Free Transform>Flip Horziztonal
The Merge All The Layers
Finally.Press Ctrl+U For Hue Press Colorize And Choose Your Color
and You Should Have Somthing Like this

** ALL LAYERS EXPECT THE CONTROL AND BG MUST BE LIGHTEN**
