we'll try this if it works

    1. Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete and look for hotkeysvc. If it's there select it and press "End Task".
    2. Use the Windows Find feature to look for a file called "hotkeysvc.exe". Which if their should be in the %System% directroy. If you find the file delete it.
    3. Goto 'Start' then 'Run' and type 'msconfig'. A new window should appear.
    4. Click on the tab at the top right that says 'Startup'.
    5. Look for, and if it exists, unitick the box next to "hotkeysvc.exe" or simlar name

    IF this doesnt work try

yes that is the blocker-cheker virus , deadly one that but it can be removed , what they basically do is eaither steal your password , send you to a website with a virus , or just piss you off , or finally try to steal your computer.

http://www.zonelabs.com/store/content/home.jsp , you should all download the free firewall from zonealarm its one of the best ones even if its free , if you do get a gay ass virus , you can atleast stop it from transmiting to some gay ass person...

I have to go soon, so i didnt have time to read thru this thread good, but this msn virus is old. Ive had it b4

Go to C: and make hidden files unhidden, you will see the virus there, correct? yeah dont bother even trying 2 delete them... they will come back. Ctrl + Alt + Delete doesnt work now correct?, either does system restore?
How i got rid of it: I Restarted computer and logged in now and AS SOOON AS POSSIBLE ( i cant stress that enuff) go to ur virus scan (should be in ur tray) and scan, also make sure u dont have any disks in ur comp, so it scans ur drive staright away... b4 the virus starts to work. The virus was picked up. btw i have mcafee.

    any problems just ask.
