    i think i saw something like that in csi:ny once
    where the dude jumped outta window onto a pole which this dude electrocuted and he died. :|

    Hmm....you appear to have a slight idea of what you're talking about, I was looking to start trying this....any tips?

    There are many tutorials over at http://www.urbanfreeflow.com/fundamentals/fundamentals.htm explaining how to land perfectly so you don't destroy your knees and some how to hang from a ledge, jump to another ledge behind you (cat to cat), jump from rail to rail, jump long gaps, wall running, some vault tricks. Really helped me. When you start I suggest you try in some safe area like a playground since they aren't too high so you can practice without hurting yourself too badly.

    Oh yeah don't forget, GRASS IS YOUR FRIEND!!! Beware of asphalt when you start out.

    the only thing i want to do out of all those tricks is run up a wall and do i triple bak flip off

    Well that aint the same thing. Its another discipline called tricking.

    thats actually not that hard if you want to do that take tumbling thats all you have to do o yea and practice alot
    i hit my leg messing up a double back flip and man does it hurt
