Uploading Files To The Internet

    Recently whenever I try to upload a .zip or .rar on a site like FileFront.com or YouSendIt.com it pops up a little block saying that the file contained no data... If anyone can help me with this please do ;( by the way I am using FireFox...

    Umm. Are you sure you are uploading a .zip file with something in it? Or is it empty :P
    If thats not the problem, i really cant think of anything. Sorry.

    only thing i could think of that you could possebly do is clear you're Cashe (sp?) if not i dought its error on youre part

    Yes, I am sure there are some files in there (roughly 40 or more), and I haven't tried clearing my cache yet, Ill try that but for now I RapidShare.de and i upload there pretty fast and correctly.
