The next version of Opera will have a built-in bittorrent client.

Opera Software today launched a technical preview (TP) of the Opera browser for Windows, Linux and Mac that includes support for BitTorrent. Integrating this popular file-downloading technology in the Opera browser offers the end user a faster download process by utilizing full bandwidth and reducing the chance of in-transfer delay when multiple users download the same file.

Not really that useful? Think of the possibilities man, currently when I run BitTorrent it hogs some resources, but it seriouslu decreases Internet speed. Opera plans to devise a way to stop internet speed decreasing, without having DL speed decreasing =|

    Some people are really misinformed.
    Bittorrent is free
Opera has a more advanced tabbed browsing system than firefox
Bittorent is a faster way to download than normally so it is very usefull
And opera also has a built in irc client which is pretty sweet.

i use opera and FF because they are both faster than IE. also, if you have any open tabs open in opera and you close it, it'll open those tabs when you open Opera the next time!
