    i cant +rep ppl
    i would like to know y cause i have only reped i think 3 -4 times
    can i have the reason y plz ? if a mod or watever ,if not its fine . id just like to know

    the abilty to +rep can be taken away you sure u dident like over use it or abuse it?

    i tried to rep somone ive never repped b4 and it wont let me
    i havent reped for like 3 months

    Explain your problem more carefully. Tell us if you recieve an error screen and if you do, explain it thoroughly. That will help resolve the problem faster.

    That means an admin has decided you have abused the repping system. Did you -rep someone after receiving a -rep, or do something along those lines?
