if you live around ontario i highly suggest you buy from tigerdirect.ca or canada computers. thy are one of the best stores around and cheap.
Here you go, that is the best pc for what you want. I chose just a 6600GT because you said you will occasionally game and that card will run anything. Did you need a monitor? If you do just pick up a crt as they are better than lcds even though they dont look as good.
