Well that all depends and on many a thing like price range or what you need a computer for.

What is your price range? I personally HATE MACS they are all dumbed down and lots of programs arent compatible with it. I dont like the interface on it or anything.

All dell has is good support and alright prices. The actual hardware in a dell is pretty bad. If you want to go all out hardcore gaming pick up an alienware... www.alienware.com

Those things are rigs from heaven! Very very fast!

I forgot to mention building ;) Buy all your parts online and you can build a killer rig for cheaper then you can buy one

First off, Alienwares are not that great.

Second, if you want to get a great computer, go to your local computer tech store, now i dont mean a retailer like CompUSA or bestbuy, i mean just a little local shop. Get a custom build one, it is one cheaper, and two better then what you would get in a prebuilt computer.

If you all disagree with me, have fun, because i work at a computer store, so dont think you know more than me, most of you are 12 anyways.....

I totally agree with you, m8. little computer stores can go a long way. Then you don't have to pay S&H, but then again you do have to pay taxes...

Building your own computer is the best option money-wise.

Alienware is just so overpriced on everything... I could build my own computer similar to theirs for much cheaper...

    Do u care?
U dont have to build it yourself. if u find a place where u can buy all the stuff u need they usually can put it together for you in exchange for a small fee. Atleast thats how it works here in sweden and i doubt it any different elsewhere.

macs can be a bit pricey, but of course, dells can be as well.

macs have a few advantages over dells (Windows) for example, its pretty rare for someone to create a gigantic worm/fast spreading virus for Macs (Apple) mainly because majority uses Windows, as do i. Also i heard using design programs n ---- is better on Macs but that depends if you actually would want to choose a computer over that.

i would personnaly go with dell. (from the choices you gave) dells are well priced computers and are great deals, plus they come with good warranties n all that stuff.

myself, i would go with a Sony Vaio (what i currently have) mainly because mine was customized specifily for excellent performance n gaming ;)

Everything else is pretty top of the line except the graphics card which was not to bad but i upgraded it to fit my needs. After all was done it cost me about 900 bux usd and i have a top if the line bitchen comp ^_^ .
