nope, not at all. Just how much you can have on the board, and even that is hard to fill up, unless you allow uploads. I highly recommend only letting admins upload, I filled my board up and had to delete half the uploads because I didn't think it would fill so fast.
sum arse said that they only allow 220 and that he would give me a free license. I was keptical at first when I was talking to him on aim and has commands to turn of the board now and give him admin acces.
It's a scam, block him on aim and if he's registered ban his IP. I have a message board with almost 500 members, and I know IFskinzone has way more than that. ifskinzone: IF does not charge and doesn't give out a license. You don't have to worry about anything. Oh, and if anyone ever asks to be made admin just say no, chances are they're out to get you.
