I Need Help

Ok whenever i go to a site like planet renders or renderworld i always get some renders from the galleries but its a black bg instead of a transparent. when i try to open the png it says Could not complete the parse file. so what i tryed was saving it as a jpg and using the magic eraser tool but that dosent really help either can somebody help me out here

 

Save it as a gif?

First click on the image, then save the new window that comes up. Most of those renders are here already...
