I think you could off done more with it. Looks plain. I think you should add some color, or make it a compilation of pictures of him or do something cool with the font.

 

too much gray, and the bg looks.. erm abit confused but most of all the txt sux, its really bad... try dling some fonts

 

A little bit more color would add to the sig.

 

i like it all, just make the font more visible, and a new font, and make the E that is facing the other way more thiner

yea its really plain,and pixelated for that matter. get new text,get better blending into it. 5/10.
